I sent John, one of our neighborhood volunteers, out with my GoPro about a half-hour after we opened to see how far the line goes! We couldn’t believe how far it went!!

Our distribution was seen on the KOMO evening news.
One of our patrons drove through the distribution with a flat tire so John and I helped change it.
The line-up to get into the distribution was almost a mile long!

When I worked at Boeing, I also volunteered for Boeing Community Relations where I was the Food & Essentials mascot, “Can-Do”. They retired the mascot before I retired, so it was good to bring it out on Halloween for the right time! My Boeing friend Andy Hickson has been volunteering regularly too!

ABC TV’s Good Morning America brought a production crew to video our distribution.
With persistent hazardous wildfire smoke in the air, all volunteers today donned N95 masks. 
The US Census was checking if people had filled their surveys out. They collected 80 more surveys which they said will account for millions of more federally allocated moneys! 
The lines have been getting longer!
